We engaged Luke for an $80,000 fabrication project and paid a significant deposit upfront. Despite multiple follow-ups at 3, 6, and 8 months, progress was minimal or non-existent. At the 12-month mark, Luke began avoiding our calls and messages. By 13 months, his email bounced back, and he had rebranded under a different company name.

This experience has cost us a substantial amount of money, with nothing to show for it. Based on our dealings, we strongly caution anyone considering working with him. His lack of accountability and professionalism has been extremely damaging.

I had an unusual Job that I took to a larger well known engineering company for a quote. They came back surprisingly expensive and also disinterested in the job. After speaking with Luke I could see he was genuinely interested in taking the job on and came back at almost half the price. I was nervous on the significant saving but after receiving my item and inspecting the quality of the workmanship I was completely blown away. The bloke is incredible won't bother looking elsewhere again!!

If he owes you money or have done done a bad job and not answering or hiding at the workshop with the rollers shut, don’t stress as he is always there even living and sleeping, only not committed.

I met Luke and he said he could help
Unfortunately after paying $600 and being told he would start the job
His phone was not answered and after travelling to his workshop numerous times and finding him not there I wondered
Finally after two months i got hold of him and asked him about the job
I asked him to finish the stainless steel bench i has ordered so I could fit it before he started on the aluminium work I needed
After not hearing from him and not having calls answered I told him I wanted my money back

He then told me he had done the aluminium job I had asked him to put on hold but had still not done the stainless steel job I was still waiting for after two months
Realising he wasn’t listening and was not interested in doing the job I gave the work to another man and lost $600
Would strongly advise not using Luke unless you want problems
