Luke was so efficient with my Urgent Call out to fix my garage door. He was prompt efficient with fixing the issues and even checked everything with the garage door to ensure it was in working order. I would highly recommend him again and use him again.

Delighted with the workmanship and professionalism of Entransiq from my first call for a quote to completion of the fencing works. Luke was professional and courteous to speak with and was reliable regarding turning up to quote and then to carry out the works.

I have Luke installed the roller door thru hipage few years ago. It was good when he installed the roller doors.

Due to the change of weather, the roller door cannot fully open, I thought the motor has some problem, I asked him to "quote" the motor repairing fee. He emailed back advise garage door require service every year and it is $120 for servicing the door. I called him back advised I do not require the servicing the garage door but just a quote for fixing the motor.

He came the next day, take only 20 minutes to look at everything, spread WD40 on the rail, does not advise the price after the "service". IN 2 days time I received the $120 invoice for service. I emailed him to question about the service fee as I do not require service on the garage, he replied that he mentioned on the email there is a service fee including checking the motor, rail, spring etc, even I verbally tell him the garage door does not require service. I understand there maybe the call out fee, but not expecting that much. I verbally told him we do not prepare to pay, just a quote, I should have email him with black and white copy 🙁

It is an expensive lesson for how to fix the roller door rail myself and make sure I should have everything in message or email in record

I cannot impress enough how Luke came in, did his analysis and the job was done. On previous call out operators, the problem was never resolved, Luke came in and the rest is history… true gentleman, honest and not there to rip you off?

Let us down with service. Kept putting us off, our time is apparently not important, just say if you don’t want to do the CASH job. By the time - 1.5 weeks later- you were still too busy to attend, left it too late for us to get the door fixed at our holiday home. We only had 2 weeks there.
