Went down with a small load of metal for cash.

Was told it would be unloaded by the machine out the back. The guy on the machine was unable to get a good hold of the metal so I suggested we hand unload it, he said if I dropped the tailgate he could just slide it off the back and assured me it would be fine.
Saved 5 minutes of hand unloading the metal, but cost me 2-3 hours spent at home unbending my tailgate so that it would close after it was damaged from his method (the operator at least offered to bend it back into shape with his machine, but my trust in him at this point was nil).
2 stars, as the service (apart from the damage) was prompt and good and the prices were fair.

Disappointed, I usually go to another (closer to me) site, but that site is closed on weekends.
So I decided, as I've been here in the past with no issues other than wait time, to come here on a Saturday rather than wait until a weekday for my normal place.
Will probably just wait for a weekday and go to my normal place in the future.

Really great. Dealt with 5 different staff members, from front desk, to car yard to tow truck driver and they were all as nice as they were professional. I called this morning for a 2 car job, and everything was sorted by 3:30pm this afternoon. Happy and grateful to have come across this business. Highly recommend. Thank you guys.

Always a good experience.
Very competitive pricing, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The guys (and girl ?) are great and friendly. Be prepared for the que though it's a very popular place.

The guys are great and help alot and very friendly the prices are vey good sometimes you have to wait a bit in the line up but it's well worth the wait by far the best scrapyard around I don't go no where else
