Great product, water is always clean and doesn't have that chemical feeling, little to no maintenance needed. Follow up customer service has been fantastic, especially Jamie. Well worth the money

It's good but it's expensive, and requires constant maintenance. The system is only 4 years old here and I've had to replace the timer many times and just now had to pay $600 to replace parts. After only 4 years usage and an initial investment of around $4,500 for the system, it's not exactly a reliable or cheap option. I'm persisting because I don't want a chlorinated pool, but I wish it was better.

RESPONSE TO ENVIROSWIM - That's great. you've updated your product, but I'm stuck with one that isn't that reliable.
I have a pool cleaner who comes around fortnightly and who is an expert in keeping the pool conditioned, so it's not because we've neglected your product. I think my review honestly reflects the difficulties we've had with it.
It's no good telling me that the product we bought isn't as good as the one you sell now, we don't gain any benefit at all from that. It also feels like you're more concerned with negating my honest review than caring about my experience with Enviroswim.

We bought this Chemical Free system through Eco Blue in Sydney. He recommended the system as the most advanced & care free available. He was right, I don't even think about it & the kids, our friends & even my wife always comment that the water never feels harsh & certainly doesn't feel over chlorinated. The balance is always perfect. Thoroughly recommend this form of pool care. I simply would never go back to the primitive old ways.

Extremely disappointed in the Enviroswim system, it does not perform anything like we were promised, always turning blue green, kids hair is like straw, constantly tweaking the levels, constant buying stain remover, sanistation is extremely low causing all the issues listed… now 4 years old and all the lights have gone out on the panel. After sales service has been underwhelming, just spend more money on adds on which hadn’t helped anything, I wish I’d persisted with getting rid of this entire system while it was still under warranty, after paying $4600 extra for this looks like we now need a whole new system. I would never buy Enviroswim again or recommend it to anyone.

After sales service was a let down, especially as Gold Coast local customers. The ES3 Pool clock timer failed during the 3rd year, (it has a 2 year warranty) but after spending around $4000 for supply/install of their system we went to Enviroswim shop in Nerang to explain- However they wanted over $130 to replace it ! The system is housed inside a cover and we find it pathetic the timer should fail so early on.  I asked young lady at shopfront to speak to the boss but he didn't bother coming out of the storeroom to speak with us- just wanted his $130+!  I checked prices on other pool clock timers and have found decent looking ones for around $50.  We are just having my Mum's pool resurfaced and this experience has convinced us to replace her pool system with another company doing fresh water pools.

I had Enviroswim fresh water pool now for four years with no problem whatsoever apart from changing the cupper rods which is expected. Recently the oxidiser wasn’t working properly so I took it to enviroswim in Coomera, Jamie tested the unit and fixed it promptly, now is functioning very well. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend enviroswim, I would have given Jamie 10 stars if I could.
