The sponge cakes here remind me of Japan's soft and fluffy that melt in your mouth. The cream is just right—not too sweet. Each flavor comes together without overpowering one another.
There were mixed reviews about the rose and lychee, with some feeling the rose scent was strong. However, I think it’s well-balanced—just a subtle hint of rose aroma.
I honestly can’t pick a favourite and would love to try other flavours if I stayed in Sydney longer!

The cakes here are quite good really enjoyed the fruity cakes. They're also very pretty and have a pretty large menu. I noticed a lot of people coming in here to pick up cakes. The interior was very calming and it was nice to be able to see the bakers working through the glass windows.

My favourite was probably the lemon cake quite the sharp Sour taste that I come to expect. Definitely a stand out. Mango cake was pretty good as well.

Good coffee - cups are high quality too. Carrot cake is really good , other sponge flavoured cakes are ok and is what you expect. Nice place but can get busy, nicer of course when quiet . Be careful - closes early so check opening times

I've discovered a gem in Ryde - a delightful cake shop renowned for its scrumptious sponge cakes! The owner's claim to fame is her mouthwatering sponge cakes infused with fresh fruit and a variety of flavors, alongside an impressive selection of cheesecakes.

The sponge cakes are incredibly moist, paired with fresh cream and an abundance of fresh fruit. My absolute favorite is the heavenly mango and cream combination.

We also tried the strawberry matcha drink, which was delicious, although a tad too strong - a splash of extra milk did the trick.

The staff are warm and welcoming, providing fast and efficient service. The modern store itself is beautifully designed, making for a wonderful overall experience.

I highly recommend a visit to this cake haven - you won't be disappointed.

The rose lychee cake was amazing. Strong scent and flavour of rose and good amount of lychee inside. Most importantly, it was not too sweet, which was perfect for my parents! Price is reasonable considering the effort put in for this beautiful cake! Also, the process for online order for pickup was smooth. Parking was easy at the shopping centre.

What a cake shop!! Cakes available looks simple but taste great, in particular not as sugary too sweet, and my family loves it. At least I'm a big fan now 100%.

Shop looks big and spacious; bright white looks nice and clean. Very simple and not over trying too hard.

I'm happy with my ENZE birthday cakeS. Definitely come back with friend for more.
