I purchased some brass fittings from Enzed Nerang today. Soon after I realised I didn't need one of the fittings so took it back an hour later to be told they don't refund these items. Its only $7 but I shop there a bit but no more. There's plenty of others like Hydraulink, Pirtek etc. so will give my business to these guys.

The young lad there that always brags about this majesta he has, is so rude and has not an ounce of decent customer service in his body! I, he refused to sell me some fittings and some hose, because he thought it wasnt going to work. I went to hydralink down the road and asked for the exact same thing, they were happy to assist me. Honestly i turn people away from that shop, because of that young man. Shop at Hydralink or pirtek. That kid honestly makes me mad, thinking about him.
