I have used E-Plas on a number of occasions over the years. I have never had any cause for complaint. I am only a DIYer and I have always been extremely well treated by both the office and factory staff. You're doing a great job, keep up the good work, guys!

I went to E-Plas to get some information about making a divider out of plastic for one of my road cases.

The man who served me, didn't even acknowledge me when I asked for help, he just kept looking at his computer and asked "what do you need". I then proceeded to ask about the divider and what plastic would suit.

He pulled a tape measure from his desk, offers it up to me and said "well measure the thing". Astounded that he had not even left his seat my friend walked to his desk, took the tape, measured the road case and gave him the measurements, after grunting and basically showing no interest at all, he said that he couldn't give us a quote for the job as he couldn't give us a accurate quote, and after all the work we did to get some information, that it would probably cost too much money for what its worth.

We then to proceeded to bunnings, still in shock at how rude the man was from E-Plas. The materials ended up costing $45 from Bunnings. And we built it ourselves in 20 minutes.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this business. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in 10 years in the industry.
