Exploring small business workshop: This was very well put together. Although heavy content at times, the hands-on sections with creating websites and utilising AI tools for branding and marketing were fantastic! I would like to suggest bulk emails the morning of each day, you send out the workbooks and perhaps make them editable. I highly recommend this workshop for anyone wanting to enter entrepreneurship. I have been attending the 5 day Exploring Self Employment course with Regan from ETC. The course involves 2 hours on-line learning via Teams. The two hours is packed with information and support material that is provided by email. This has been a great intro into all the aspects that need to be considered when starting a business and a great forum to discuss business ideas.

I've been going to ETC for almost a year already, and their service is one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had. All of the employees are really attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. Their interactions always felt really genuine and are glad to assist with anything I need. Each time I've had a question, they have thoroughly explained me everything I needed to know (what is Workforce, how it works, how is working in Australia, etc.).
I studied a course, and they helped me with any information I needed and made sure to ask me how I felt about it and if I was enjoying it. ETC always made sure to offer me the best service and send me any opportunities for jobs that could be good for me. When I finally got my fitst job, ETC paid for the uniform which was not included by my employer. ?
I received helped from them to improve my resume and attend to a Job Lab to learn about how is working in Australia and what I should expect from my new employer and job!
I am really grateful with my decision of having ETC as my employment provider. Thank you for all your hard work and keep it up for more people to come. ?

Hi. My name is Nathan Smith. I would like to share the fantastic experience and interaction I have had with Deanna Hales at the Deception bay ETC office. In the time I have been attending appointments with Deanna she has been more then helpful and has gone above and beyond to help me with my transition into work at my new job.
