Bought my awning from a retailer who is nolonger in business, 7 years ago. Discovered through a bit of research that Eurola manufactured my awning. Once I contacted them, they were happy to come out and repair my 7 year old awning. I am so happy with their prompt service.

Stay Away from Eurola! I had a 10 m open air retractable system built by Eurola started installing 21 December in 2020 by Extendable Living Pty Limited (now in Liquidation) Formerly trading as Sydney Sunscreens (“The Company”) They are the same people who manufacture- Eurola and install regardless of the name. They owe hundreds and thousands of $ to people for the same reason, leaking and unfinished work by bodgie trades people. They also owe the taxation Department. No one will get their money back because they went into liquidation. I took Sydney Sunscreens (same people as Eurola) to NCAT and won the case against the company but because Steve took himself off as a Director of the Company and went into liquidation we couldn't get our money back nor did numerous people. He did not turn up for the Tribunal. When you owe the last 10% they don't come back because they have already have your money.
Steve & Jim could not give us any certificates to give to the Certifier. They were not licensed, Steve was fined from Fair Trading. It took one year to build. It leaked in numerous places, the work was not professional, the fall was incorrect, they would not attend to complete their mistakes and then went into liquidation in March 2022. The workers they had did the worst job trying to cover up leaks. They broke our tiles stuck it together with tape and consequently had a leak in the house. I have waited to write a review because I had another system installed from a different company and wanted to compare. There is no comparison, the quality and customer service of Eurola is terrible. Do yourself a favour stay away and go somewhere else. This is not a fake review Steve and Jim from Eurola so don't say you had no dealings with me.

1.5 years later I am still waiting for my product.
Calls, messages and emails go unanswered for months on end. No support for installation, parts and assistance.
No refund issued after over 1.5 years of delays with the product.

Eurola made us a 'bespoke' Vertex Retractable Pergola and we are very happy.

While choosing a pergola, we got many quotes from other companies trying to sell us standard size pergolas that just didn't fit our house properly or look good. We were so happy when Steve from Eurola visited our home and listened to what we wanted. He suggested some 'bespoke' changes to the Vertex Retractable Pergola to respond to our home, to fit snug under a balcony and align to the width and length of our patio. It is a seemless extension of our home.

It is a great asset and we don't know how we lived without it. Sitting under the pergola in the rain is super chilled, is not noisy like a metal roof, so we can talk at a normal volume. Also, when having dinner and retracting the awning to see the stars or enjoy the sunset is awesome 👌.

It is a great product, highly recommended.

I highly recommend Sydney Sunscreens for their Eurola Retractable Roof.
We have the original retractable system which is now 10 years old and works as if it was installed yesterday.
Steve, Nick and their team are professional and I highly recommend the product and canvas. It is amazing how cool it is under the retractable roof on a 30 degree plus day in Sydney.
Steve designed and project managed the installation with his team. My family & I have been so happy with our 10m x 6m retractable roof with LED lights, it is the perfect entertainer at night, in wet conditions and wind.
Early this year we called Steve as our retractable roof required maintenance after the continuous heavy rain in Sydney. It was the first time since the original installation that i needed to call Sydney Sunscreens. Steve looked at my retractable roof and was able to detect the problem.
His team was wonderful and the retractable was back in operation in no time. The team take pride in their work and are very professional. Thank you Steve and team.
