Has anyone noticed Gold Class Cinema 1 all the seats have scratched off vinyl, leaving stained cotton backing not a good look.
You pay a good fee to be seated in a seat that cant be cleaned properly. But on a positive the booking system, ordering on line and in particular the staff made it worth while. But I dont think I will go back to Gold Class again unless this cinema spend some money and fix the seats. Hey why not offer Gormet Sandwiches rather than all the fried food?

Gold Class is an absolute treat to say the least. Unfortunately, the last two times we've paid for the privilege, our chairs and tables had not been cleaned. The chairs and tables had bits of food on them and the tables had puddles from spilled drinks. Really disappointing, how hard is it to wipe over the furniture with a clean cloth?

Tuggerah has gone to the dogs. The cinema 8 was not cleaned, filthy and smelt like urine so badly I wanted to get my money back. Absolutely a pudrid smell. Nothing sanitised. Only that the movie was going off soon that I stayed. I see a water stain on the roof and have a fear of mould spores floating around too. Needs the health inspectors to come by.

Upgrade to the main foyer is great, still very small area for food. No self service with popcorn, drinks, lollies or sadly still no pizzas 😩 lol Been to gold glass a few times selection of food is good, the waiting area is beautiful and the two cinemas in gold class are a good size. Will be back just for the gold class.

You'd think with the rising costs of tickets and concessions that the staff and the facilities would also be increasing in quality but no. The last three times I've visited Event Cinemas Tuggerah there has either been technical difficulties such as lights not turning off, the screen having stains on it or flies/moths in the auditoriums. Not to mention their sheer lack of care when it comes to policing interupting teenagers. We've also had it where they sold tickets to a session for a film they hadn't even recieved yet. All around lack of care from everyone involved, stop increasing ticket prices and extended how long the advertisements take and actually do something about your establishment

Very disappointed. We have been to Gold class in Tuggerah and it was value for money, this time we paid $253 for 4 . To see a two movie. And was told this now did not include the food, as it did in the past. The staff were very obliging and we got a refund. Cost of living might have gone up but not like that.
