Drove over an hour here in traffic to experience screen X. Which was awesome. Like being immersed in 3D for parts of the movie without glasses. The recliner seats were comfortable too. The only thing I didn't like was there was nobody checking tickets. And I'm pretty sure some random people just came into cinema, as I didn't see people checked into seats behind us on the seating map. Yet there was a very noisy group of girls came in when movie was starting and talked and laughed loudly throughout the movie which was quite annoying. There should be a little more signs around for etiquette as well as a little more security check to enter cinemas.

I visited recently to check out the new Screen X. For the best parking on arrival is to enter from across the train station but if you come by train you just cross the road and then take the lifts up. The cinema looks like it's still upgrading, and the snack bar has a decent selection of snacks, but everything is pre-packaged. The self-serve checkout didn't really scan my ticket properly, but you can just enter your reference code if you booked online. After you walk past the snack bar, you walk down a hallway that leads to gold class on your left and all the other cinemas on your right. A heads up, if you're going to Screen X, it's in cinema 2. The recliner seats are comfortable and spacious. The sound quality is good, and the screen is actually really cool. The projection on the side screens are not for the entirety of the movie, but a good amount is shown, and you do feel like the characters run past you in some scenes. I think it was a good experience, but I honestly wish there were better member deals than just $1 off your ticket.

What on earth have they done to Gold Class, the supposed First Class cinema experience? The seats are like dentist's chairs with absolutely no adjustment, and you are literally closer to rubbing arms with a stranger, than you are to the person you actually came with, across the tiny little table. It's so uncomfortable especially in the days of social distancing. You pay for a premium, intimate experience. Not to be sitting on the lap of a stranger. Who designed this? Do they even understand their own luxury concept? Do they even know what First Class means? It doesn't mean 'sit shoulder to shoulder with a random'. I literally ONLY see movies in Gold Class but certainly won't be any more. Who would pay such a premium price for such an oddly shared experience with a stranger. They also never cease to get the order wrong, and never ever change or update the menu.

Went here to try out the new screenX and recliner chairs and was not disappointed. Never been here before but from what i understand they recently went through a Reno and I must say it is pretty slick. Very clean and tidy, welcoming/pleasent. But more importantly the cinema experience is truly another level. Long rant incoming: I watched Dune 2 here and it was an impressively immersive experience. The screen was huge compared to typical VMAX screens and the addition of the two side screens (screenX) really takes the visual experience to the next level. Granted only certain scenes map across all 3 screens, but the scenes that do are spectacular to view. The sound quality and volume is also impressive, loud and clear is an understatement. Truly a high fidelity audio visual experience. Lastly the seats, specifically the individual recliners. They're amazing, huge, comfy and fully reclining. The cinema room is huge and the chairs are so spacious there's no issue with bumping elbows or having to move your legs for people to pass. Obviously you will be paying a premium for such an experience, but I go here on tuesdays and at the discounted price, it's an easy choice. So if you want to have a levelled up cinema experience and don't mind spending the extra coin, you will not be disappointed.

came all this way to see this screenx scteeen and was not disappointed. watched the wonka movie. the whole movie is not projected on all 3 screens but this is communicated before hand. sat at the back, best viewing experience. nearly better than imax! will be back to see more movies there

Having booked tickets for Deadpool and Wolverine in Gold Class, I was disappointed with the new setup. It’s puzzling that the seats in both Gold Class and Boutique are the same, yet Gold Class tickets are more expensive and don’t include popcorn, unlike the Boutique experience. The new chairs reminded me of my nursery chair at home. We've been enjoying Gold Class for many years, but the novelty has worn off with these recent changes. In saying that, absolutely nothing wrong with the service of the staff, they were excellent!
