Purchased a Everhard Nugleam Laundry Unit from a stockist, got the unit home and went to install it only to find out it needs adjustable feet, no product number for adjustable feet in the installation instructions, rang Everhard to source the information regarding adjustable feet, was told they cant sell direct and to go back to stockist, rang multiple stockists in WA to eventually find out no one stocks adjustable feet but can source from the Everhard WA warehouse, ordered through one of the stockists only to receive a call back from the stockist saying no one is answering the phone and they will have to wait until a call back is received, rang Everhard myself again to sort this absolute mess out, left 3 messages so far... for $15 adjustable feet on a $500 laundry unit... absolute train crash of an experience

Don't buy easy drain products as you can't buy everything you need as there is no stock available until the middle of August.
