Terrible experience buying from them. Owner was very friendly until he sold the bike and then he switched up immediately. He offered a 1 month warranty but next day the bike had a problem and he refused to help and was very rude. Go somewhere that treats their customers better.

They are never open. Be careful if you need something urgent. Two times in a row I came to fix my bike and it is always the same.

Stay away from at least their Rockshark brand. Unsupported and unsupportive. Broken parts? Nope. You’re on your own. You’ll likely get hung up on and your calls ignored.

I’m sure (hopeful) they are helpful with their other products.

Kenny did a fantastic job. I brought in a second hand bike, which needed a service and rust clean. He was honest about what was worth spending the money on. I dropped it Saturday and it was ready by Monday. Quick responses, clear quote breakdown. Bike runs so much smoother now and much nicer to ride.

Kenny also mentioned he sells second hand bikes with a service and 3mth warranty. Wish I had been able to take advantage of that.

I bought an ebike from Kenny 6 months ago and after some troubles with the rear brake mechanism, Kenny replaced with a new brake on the spot under warranty, no fuss and helpful advice. Some ebikes are very expensive and mechanics hard to find but so far this bike has been good value and Kenny has been available to help.

I took a really old folding bike I got 2nd hand to Kenny. I told him I only needed two new tyres and front and rear new brakes/cable/lever. All were installed and repaired in one day and great service and communication. Great price for parts and labour. Some other places quote too much but his prices are very reasonable.

Extremely disappointed, gave me the wrong tube twice with for reference the old one i brought with me and a photo of the dimensions of the tire, after coming back the first time, no apologies, then gave the wrong size one again. Went to 99 bikes , straight away right and change it myself, perfect ! I won t bother coming back to your shop.
