Don't bother. I cancelled my membership 5 months ago. First payment after I cancelled was taken out, I called and they said they always take the next month's payment after a cancellation. Annoying but that's fine. 5 months later I'm still paying and when I called them, they said they have no recollection of me cancelling and have 'lost my forms' (I cancelled via email as I moved far away from any centres). When I pushed it, they said the account was in another name and they couldn't remove MY CARD from the account. I've lost over $200 to them and they refuse to refund or assist in any other way - no one even told me when I first cancelled that it wasn't in my name Really poor customer service and they just have no empathy or manners - manager Letitia is so dismissive and will talk over you when you're in distress. Joke of a place. There are so many better gyms out there.
