My mum bought a large fountain with a solar pump. Within the first year, the bottom had developed a leak and these guys came out to try and repair it not once but twice it still leaks in the same spot and has now developed more leaks. The pump stopped working within the first year and after looking online these pumps have a 2-year warranty but my mum has been completely ignored. We had given up and tried to fix the leaks ourselves and bought a new pump but have been unsuccessful. We now have a fountain that leaks water constantly and is pretty much useless. My mum is a senior and I feel that they have just taken advantage of this and taken her money and are not willing to repair their faulty products.

Well everything went well until after Payment for Delivery and Installation, Installation wasn't done correctly and sent 2 messages requesting this be sorted, sent a 3rd message stating I wasn't Happy with no response to solving the issues but still no response after 2 weeks. Before Payment all messages were answered, after Payment and Problems with Water not flowing correctly and the Fountain not holding water ( Leaks and drains completely overnight without the Pump running ) I'm left with leaving them a 1 Star Rating for no after sales support on something that should have been done correctly

I bought a fountain just before Christmas. We came to view and buy on the same day and so happy they could do this for us. Though would have been smart to pack a few blankets but they supplied packing for us. Considering the price I would say we got good value.

Very nice fountains and statues and great prices but be warned - after sales support is non existant. If you buy from this place make sure you choose and pick up the item yourself, double check you're not being overcharged against the website price and organise your own installation, as Brian refuses to answer calls and emails if anything goes wrong.

Old mate was awesome, amazing prices, picked up a beautiful piece for our patio that we love. I wanted about 5000 things if only we had the space. Definitely shop here!

Be warned. I paid for a 2 tier fountain including installation from this guy a few years back as a birthday present for my wife. He did such a dodgy job by not installing the pump hose correctly, it stopped working. I tried from Sept 2017 until November to get him out to repair the fountain. After phone calls and 13 text messages trying to get him to spare some time, he finally replied with a date and time and was to charge me $150 to come out, then $75 an hour. I replied back with "Maybe cheaper I buy a new one?" He never replied, never confirmed if I wanted to cancel the appointment or wanted to order a new fountain. Instead he just never turned up even tough I took time off work. Clearly he could not be bothered to come out and never intended to. Be warned of his work and nature.
