My partner recently reached out to this cabinet maker with a polite inquiry, simply asking if it would be possible to start her project sooner. She wasn’t demanding and offered to pay more for their time, showing nothing but respect and understanding.

Unfortunately, the response she received was dismissive and unnecessary. Instead of professionally declining her request, they made it clear that this project was unimportant to them, referring to it as a 'filler' job and stating they wouldn’t even consider it for an extra $XX,XXX.

While we understand that not all requests can be accommodated, there’s a way to communicate this respectfully. The tone of their response was disheartening. We wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone looking for professionalism or thoughtful customer service.

I initially left just a star rating without a review, but after seeing the owner's reply, I feel the need to provide context and share my experience.

I reached out to this business with a polite inquiry, simply asking if it was possible to adjust the timeline for my project, even offering extra payment to accommodate the request. I wasn’t asking to dismiss his other clients just see if there was anywhere he could squeeze us in! Instead of a professional response, I was met with a condescending email that dismissed my inquiry and referred to my job as 'filler work.'

What’s more disappointing is the owner's public reply to my rating, where he labeled my genuine question as a 'sneaky offer' and attacked my character saying he’s not sure “where we came from”. This response speaks volumes about how they handle customer interactions.

Please see the attached email exchange to judge for yourself. My intention was never to cause trouble—just to ask a question politely. Unfortunately, this is the result.
