I was extremely impressed with the staff upon visiting this store! The girl who served me was super helpful, had her measuring tape out to assist me with dimensions I had noted for space of couch and beds etc. I made a purchase for my couch - was told there was only 1 left if what i wanted, as the 1 had just sold before I come in. We booked my delivery.. and a week later, the night before delivery, I was advised they no longer had stock and that they didn't when I initially purchased it. - which I found extremely hard to believe, because the girls at the counter had literally told me, there were two out the back, and had just sold 1. So they knew they definitely had 1 left! But apparently I didn't know what I was talking about when I mentioned this and accused them if selling it AFTER I had already purchased. - regardless, this was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. I found the manager to be quite rude. I spoke with the customer service to seek approval for the store to sell me the floor stock, considering there 0 left and weren't getting any more in for another 5 weeks. The call dropped out, and they never attempted to call me back. I then had to call the store manager again to ask them - which again, wasn't a pleasant experience. I will never purchase from this particular store again.

Customer service is terrible, have a sign on the wall saying we will beat any price by 20% but nobody else sells your range so that is very misleading, tried to call the 1300 number, was on hold for 45 minutes before I requested a call back that never happened, then tried online chat, same result...nothing, wasted over an hour and half trying to get in touch with someone to explain the misleading advertising for nothing, ended up buying elsewhere

About a month ago i was in you store. I was looking for 2 things in particular. A lovely lady by the name of JULIE came and helped me. JULIE was full of information smiled alot and actually took interest in what I was saying. Helped me so much even to the information. regarding the pick up area. Thank you JULIE I will be back again soon and I hope you will be on that day.

Ordered online mid September with a 6 week delivery window. We are now up to nearly 10 weeks, and no delivery. No contact from the company to advise of any delays. When call the store they say "oh that is just our procedure" (not to contact customers when delivery times blow out). Still probably another week away (at least) from receiving my product, which was paid in full 10 weeks ago. Can't give me an actual delivery date. Won't be buying from here again!

Absolutely amazing Service. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and the way I was treated today was amazing. I wouldn’t have been any happier with the way I was treated today. I have been looking for a Futon bed for a while and after my wife found one from fantastic furniture we did a click and collect, was told it would be ready in about an hour. Not even 20mins later she got a notification that it was ready! When the processed into the store where a lady behind the desk politely gave us directions on where to pick up the Futon. When we got around to the side of the building one of the warehouse workers greeted us and helped us pick up our order. He was so polite and helpful! This was the first some shopping with fantastic furniture and 110% won’t be my last. We’ll definitely be coming back when we need any new furniture.

Would highly recommend fantastic furniture fior all your needs. Moved to a new home last year and purchased new furniture and am soooo happy with everything. Darlene was soooo helpful and friendly that when we went back last week to purchase more, she was working and could not have been more helpful with helping us. Thanks Darlene 👍

I purchased a king mattress and was delivered the wrong size. It's now been 2 weeks of calls, emails, and promises made by fantastic furniture to try and get the issue rectified.

FF are blaming the supplier, who isn't responding. The customer service is very disappointing.

Reading the other reviews, it seems this is common practice with FF.

I have no choice now to contact the office of fair trading.
