Recently ordered these meals and really impressed. Last night had the lasagna which is restaurant quality and great when you’re looking for a single portion. I sow an article by CHOICE Australia recently and sow Fast Fuel Meals voted the best pre made meal, above Youfoodz and My Muscle Chef. As I never tried it before I decided to order my meal box online. I can see why it’s voted the best, super tasty and so good with its macros! Love the range and can’t wait to try their soups next !

The meals are very tasty, but the service is crap. I was constantly missing items and having to request refunds, Last delivery missing items again and requested a refund and no answer, nor on my follow up email. So no longer a customer over a $6 refund they couldn't be bothered responding to for a $180- per week formerly loyal customer...hilarious.

The chicken laksa is the best laksa pre-made on the market.
I’m a big bloke and have 2 add BokChoy bean shoots or leave as is.
2 things that bothers me.
Batches are inconsistent, some thick, others watery.
Still doesn’t stop me buying it.
And second thing
Surely Woolies can stock more than 6 at a time.
I buy em all up to 10/12 for the week.

Tried the chicken kataudon.. the pictures shows peas, a pile of veggies and strip's of caused covered slices of chicken with sesame seeds on a bed of rice...the actual product looks nothing like this.. no veggies, the rice has the texture of overcooked oatmeal, the chicken breading tastes like what a gym shoe smells like and the overall flavour is a horrendous bad fish smell like a rotting animal... I spit it out this is absolutely discusting .. complete misrepresentation, mislabelling and anything but a 4 star health rating... I wouldn't feed this to any animal or human

Fast Fuels is slightly more expensive than other microwave meals at the supermarket, but it’s worth the tiny bit extra because it tastes the best. The way it heats is also very uniform eg you don’t get cold bit in the centre of meatballs, which is another point of difference. Standout for me is the supercharged chicken

I just had the Mediterranean Chicken meal. Although it was a really good flavour & the chicken was not dry: I cannot see how this meal was 40.4g of protein when there is only 87g of chicken breast in it?
This leaves 263g of the 350g total for the meal of potato, pumpkin, carrots, peas & red capsicum. Where is the protein coming from?

My Review is in regards to the the chicken and corn soup. It is way too salty and acidic which over powers all the other ingredients. I don’t understand how someone can eat the soup because it is disgusting. Maybe get the chefs to try the meals before packaging them up so consumers aren’t wasting there money on soups.
