After looking around for the best solution for my 80 year old mother I settle on one of the trikes here. The help. Service set up and delivery process was flawless. So helpful and free deliver to south Freo. Not the cheapest on the market and there’s a reason for that. The bike is so good. So stable. My mum loves it and goes everywhere now with us instead of always saying you guys go I’ll wait here. She’s now asking where we’re going next. Thanks.

I had an Overide bike trailer and got rid of it.
Purchasing a light, stronger, aluminium cargo trailer from AMPD BROS.
The Overide trailer is much heavier, kept tipping over on soft sand, small rocks and slopes of the beach. It pulled my ebike off its stand several times, therefore it constantly snapped and bending couplings. Actually bent the drawbar once.

My new one has not tipped over at all in a month 😊 of having it. Going to the same places and using the same as I did the Overide trailer.

It is difficult buying anything on line, sight unseen.
The price is not everything, it is getting something that does the job.
The good will and backup.
Ampd Bros, because of my past experiences, have sent a spare coupling under warranty. Just in case I have the same problem. I can not see similar problems happening as the Ampd Brothers trailer is just built so well 🤩

I had fun with the Overide trailer, but it just didn't work for me 😕

You actually sold me replacement couplings, springs, connectors and drawbar. To say you have no records for my purchase questions your business practices.
I don't know if ampd is an abreviaton but obviously I had my phone on caps.

An insulting reply but in saying that I certainly hope you take my criticism and improve your product.

I also texted Peter and sent him a picture of the better coupling so they can improve their product in one area.
Which was acknowledged 🙂 thank you.

I certainly do not think "Peter" understood the problems, costs and that I personally saw it cheaper to buy a "better" trailer, "that works for me", than keeping repairing the Overide trailer

I am now the very stoked owner of a red Etrike & trailer and could not be happier with my purchase. I operate a medium sized lawn and garden care business on the Central Coast of NSW. My old van blew up so I needed a more reliable and environmentally friendly option as I am changing all my gardening tools over to battery too. I found Overide after a quick search and as mentioned, could not be happier. From the outset Pete has been totally helpful and the communication was excellent eg when I ordered it he provided me with an accurate delivery date and made sure I was ok with that. Then when it did arrive and I had a few operating questions, Pete was very clear and helpful with his answers. I am now getting even more enquiries for work as people often stop and admire the set-up. So I'm 100% stoked all round - thanks Pete!

I purchased the Whipper Deluxe with the trailer for my wife.... she has never had a bike before and asked WHY! Since then she has been out on it every day...kids onboard doing the school runs, popping to the shops and going down the beach.... she loves it and rides it every day! sometimes several times!!
Bike looks and rides great and we always get people asking about it.

The service from Pete was amazing! He delivered the bike to our door, fully assembled and ready to go... and did the delivery on Boxing day!

After service has also been fantastic! Pete always replies to messages and even when we had a small issue on the bike he had it back to his workshop and fixed it under warranty... what a champ!

If your looking for an Ebike I highly recommend giving Pete and shout as you wont be disappointed.

After heaps of research, I purchased my “Chopper” Fat e-bike from Peter at Overide yesterday. I don’t usually do many Google reviews, unless I am exceptionally stoked with what I have brought. Suffice to say I can say this is an exceptional bike and the sales process was informative, and helpful without being pushy. I would highly recommend these bikes to any wanting a top-quality e-bike.

Simply surprised, What a great product. As a diabetic I needed a way to exercise easily with my pooch Bob. The E Trike from Overide I purchased after much research from my local bike shop in Morley. The support and back up was excellent. I committed to buying a quality Fat Wheel bike, they look great and are comfortable. The BIG surprise was how easy they are to ride even without boost. I started easily over the first few weeks giving my legs some rest time between rides (Not that they were ever sore). Now 3 weeks in I am addicted. And so to is the Dog. Just came back from my first camping trip on Stradbroke Island testing out the trailer. The override guys provided fantastic customer service shipping this out to me in Brisbane within 24 hours of my first email enquiry.

The trailer itself is a big head turner, with nothing like this over here lots of people came up to us asking about the trailer and where I got it from.
