fedex cairns, driver is an absolute, cant say it here, he walked up to my office door where he is supposed to deliver my parcel, then turns around and scans it as incorrect address then leaves, 2 days ago, still haven't got it even after contacting fedex directly as soon as he drove off from not coming in. im absolutely furious.
i didnt see him walking up or away, just driving away else i would have stopped him and told him exactly what i thought. im still fuming 2 days on.
they said it would be delivered the next day, still nothing.
how stupid can you be walking up to the place that is on the package then walking away again without even going into the office or putting a hand on the door. no wonder they cant get a decent job.

So here we are over 24 hours and THREE phone calls since I reported my parcel undelivered at my address. The call centre in Malaysia has not been successful in directing their depot in Cairns, Australia to retrieve my parcel. I am overseas and can not do so myself, and judging by the photo FedEx sent me, the parcel was delivered to an [unfriendly] neighbour's house. I am so frustrated, FedEx have not kept their promise to contact me with updates. Now they've told me their depot is closed for the weekend, when I know it is NOT closed, as I am in the same time zone. This delivery is time sensitive, and FedEx could not care less. BIG name FedEx, POOR game.

Terrible service, don't even bother to look the instruction on the box. We have clearl street map on the box,but they delivered to the wrong house without check. Today again, on the box clearly write "authority to leave at the front door", but they just left a paper instead, i booked online asking for redeliver this heavy box, but wait 2 days nothing arrived, have to drive a long way to their port to pick up, they said they didn't receive my redeliver request, wonder why they need this website,

They take forever to deliver, then keep your parcel ALL DAY ‘on board for delivery’, then try to deliver after hours!
I bet the driver just left a card because he couldn’t be bothered delivering at the end of his day (I’ve been dealing with deliver companies for years and have seen a lot).
Now we have to make the trip to pick up our parcel from the depot since they are so unreliable. And then it took them 10mins to find it even though it said ‘ready for collection’.
Their slogan is ‘’sure we can’’… what, provide terrible customer service? No doubt.
Oh wait, and after just picking up someone calls us to say ‘did you request to pickup instead of a redelivery’? We just picked up, get organised people!!

Package I ordered was out for delivery, its now 2 weeks later and the package is still at depot, which is impossible to contact directly due to an automated service. Absolutely disgusting customer service. No regard or common sense when it comes to contacting you back. Why am I doing their job and collecting my own parcel, when I paid for delivery? Lift your game FEDEX.

A parcel I ordered from America was delivered to a service centre in a different town to where I live. I was called by the service centre and told that my parcel was ready for collection. I can't pick it up as I work and the centre is only open during business hours. It's also a 45 minutes round trip to go and get it. The delivery driver would have literally driven right past my house to go to the next town to deliver it there. I was told that if I don't pick it up in 5 days, my parcel would be returned to the sender. I called Fed ex the next morning and was told by the customer service agent that they would try and sort it out and that they would call me back in 1 to 2 hours. Nobody called. I called the next day and was told exactly the same thing. Third day - same story. I emailed them but no answer, so I called a second time on the third day and was told that they were contacting the delivery agent about it but that the delivery agent said it was impossible to deliver it to me because I'm out of service area.... despite the town it was delivered to being further away from the main delivery depot. Freaking ridiculous and I don't understand why you would say you can deliver a parcel if I'm out of your delivery area. Come on Fedex, not cool.

After visiting this office at FedX today I have nothing but extreme admiration for the work and support that I received from all of the staff there. A special recommendation for Cindy Siekman who spent a considerable amount of time helping me with my inquiry and shipment request in between her normal work, thank you so much...
