Very impressive business. Everyone I spoke to - Stefan first and then George and Tim - were great. They were knowledgeable and helpful, and I would have been one of their smallest customers this year. Ron, who installed my sliding saw, was fabulous. Gee, he knows his stuff. I wish I could afford to buy more machines from them.

If you want quality, reliability and backup services don't go any further. Had a Hammer A3-41 for 10 years no problems works as good as the day I bought it. Any question just ring and ask they have great team of friendly staff that go beyond to help. Thank you guys for years of great service.

Customer service? What customer service?

Must be nice to have so many big important customers that you don't need to give the little guys your time. Unfortunately Google wont let me give them 1/2 a star!
