The Lifeline charity bins are located within the recycling department, but be prepared for a lengthy process—it's neither quick nor efficient. Unfortunately, the staff member in the recycling area was quite rude, which detracted from the positive experience of donating. We left feeling less charitable despite our good intentions. If you have clothes to donate, I suggest going elsewhere.

OK rubbish dump. Helpfull staff. If you have a tipper trailer, the new rules make it a real pain. Could be worth the drive to bunya waste management

A dump is a dump regardless of the location, but Ferny Grove is unique because it is home to a thriving colony of bush stone-curlews that are cool to watch.

I was very impressed when I went there today. Didn't know what I was doing as I've never done a tip run by my self before.So I was very nervous not to make a mistake.The people working there today were so helpful and friendly.They explained very clearly to me what I needed to do.I'll definitely be coming back again.

It is a great little area for the kids to have fun and the adults to relax. Well maintained by local council and typically kept clean by the public.
Farmer Browns Pizza on a Friday evening are a must aswell.

The guys I spoke to on the way in and out who work here were top notch ? Very friendly and helpful

My 27 year old microwave oven died.
This resource centre was not too far from home and it was very easy to get to.
When you enter, you are asked what you are dropping off and then directed to follow the coloured line to the appropriate drop-off zone.
Then, when you are leaving, you are asked if you have anything else to drop off or, as in my case, you are given a token so that you can raise the boom gate to leave the Centre.

Where is the bathroom and cleaning area. No water station like other recovery centres.
