Needed Spotted Gum decking boards. Local Bunnings didn't have enough and won't be getting any more 5 star timbers, had them, good quality and were a no fuss pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

So went there today to pickup some Merbau. Was assured they had stock on the phone so headed straight over. Got to the office out front and was told to see somebody out the back after telling the office staff what I wanted, I'd suggest just take the car straight around the back and talk to staff there. Bloke was out the back on forklift and came up to help me almost immediately. Told him what my requirements where and he sorted me out, even cut one bunch just so they'd fit in the car (and I wouldn't have to hack saw them or put a flag on them out of the boot). Great price and great service, they'll be getting my timber purchases from now on.

I have dealt with this company over the past few years without a problem.
This last job i did has wire balistrades, which they supplied through a company they deal with and that where it turned bad.
The bit to put the lag screws in was ordered & paid for but still hasn't come, so i made a tool myself.so i could finish.
I had seven panels to install the first one had the right measurement on the tag but was 700mm short.
5 star said its not there fault and brushed me off.
That will cost them the 60 square metre deck and any further work i get.
