My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights and the experience was fantastic. For a country motel, the room was very clean and comfortable and then pub itself is a nice vibe with a good shaded courtyard area outside and live music. Best of all was the food, the menu was broad, the quality was excellent and much more reflective of a meal you’d eat in Melbourne rather than the country.
Would definitely recommend!

Second time I've stayed here. Long stays for business. The rooms are great - recently renovated. The staff are all friendly, courteous and professional. The food is tops and overall a great home away from home. I'll definitely be back!

We stopped here on your way up through Newell Highway. We had a delicious dinner.

Sichuan calamari and a garden salad
Also a pasta.

Meals came out very quickly even though it was a very busy Friday Night of the Long Weekend.

Staff are friendly. The country club hotel is a great place for a meal when visiting Finley.

Room well set out. Lovely furniture. Clean-- value for money.
Dining ...food was very good my husband had chicken parma mash &,vegs 8,/10 I had the vegetarian curry & jasmine rice . Excellent. 10/10, we had bruschetta for entree. 8/10.

wanting accomadation near shops, quite possibly only choice in finley, motel type accomadation or cheaper shared rooms upstairs. keen to have one stay will negotiate room prices, food menu has far too many extra costs re add ons, considering menu prices , 6 out of ten for a beef stew, lucky to get 6. outdoor of room has ant problem( large ants that bite), ants also entering room.
