The procedure my dog was having was completely explained to me. Myself and my dog were warmly greeted.
They rang me after my dog recovered to say everything when fine.
I picked her a couple of hours later.
The staff were absolutely wonderful.

Got my appointment time mixed up but they rang and said to come straight in. Made us so welcome. Just the loveliest people. The vet was thorough and helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better experience. 1st time and will now be our regular vet clinic. Highly recommend 🌟🌟

Incredibly lovely staff and a great experience. They made me feel welcomed and went out of their way to accommodate myself and my pet. They provided such excellent care for my pet that I am unsure that she wanted to come home. Not as pricey for major operations as I expected either - making the experience even better.

i have always considered finley vet clinic, dr andrew lean and the team as extremely friendly always taking care of my basset hound - doree and jack russell - jessee in the uptmost professional manner, just recently both my girls needed dental work, although dr andrew was pushed as most vets for time andrew went out of his way to get my dogs work done before his holidays. i could have waited, but dr andrew has always assisted me and i thank the practice sincerely i give them 10 out of 10, thank you dot anderson, tocumwal nsw

Fitted me in last minute with a suspected rat poisoning case as I were travelling down the Newell to Victoria (mini daschund not me.....). Took care of all and gave me financial options for differing treatments which I very much appreciate.
