We used Carey Industrial for general servicing of our Hook Lift. I do not usually give negative feedback but the service I have received from Carey Industrial was so bad that I feel I must share my experience to hopefully prevent this happening to others.

We took our truck in for preventative maintenance which cost over $8,000. After this we had to return the truck three times for errors with their works before the hook fell apart three weeks later. We engaged the services of another company to fix the problems at additional cost. This could have all been avoided if we had taken our Hook Lift to a professional company.

I hope that anyone looking to use this business does their homework before engaging them.

Beyond excellent service. We contacted Carey Industrial to fit a Moffett Mounting Kit to our Truck. They did a fabulous job with the truck, and tidied up a few issues with our Moffett too. Carey Industrial started work on our truck the day after we phoned them. The service and results were quite unbelievable, we didn't expect to have had our truck attended to so quickly and back on the road soon after the first phone call made to Carey Industrial. We are grateful to have access to services like these! Thank you Carey Industrial

Carey industrial are a one stop shop for all of our company vehicle servicing and welding/fabrication needs.Their work is of high standards and the owner is very responsive and works within our busy schedule. I definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the service i received from Lisa & Wes and work shop only problem with this company is parts department. Asked for quote on front & rear brake linings & drums was quoted $1265.00 + GST emailed to me was happy gave go ahead for job, i new there would be extra parts and cost only to find out on invoice that original quote for linings & drums was for one side of truck only when asked what extra cost was, tried to work problem out and was told Boss is aware of problem and nothing done . This is how you make a profit in the short term until you run out of customers.
