First Choice Wardrobes were absolutely outstanding from quote to completion.
Price was extremely competitive and after having another quote from another Newcastle wardrobe business, the choice was very easy to make - First Choice!
Mark took the time to really understand what we wanted to achieve in the three rooms. He was so thorough, he cared about how we used our spaces, and he made some great suggestions to assist the decision making. There was no push to get the sale, or rush to the next quote, or upsell a product we didn't need. I had further questions after the quote and none of it was too much trouble for Mark. He even assisted my husband who was doing the demo of the old robes, via text message on a weekend! Absolutely impeccable good old-fashioned customer service.
The installers were so friendly, careful and efficient and they left the rooms in spotless condition, even vacuuming after they were all done.
I would 10/10 recommend First Choice Wardobes to anyone considering using this company, and would not hesitate to use them again and again.

I cannot recommend the team from First Choice enough. Their service was fantastic and their quote was easily the best we received. The team are easy to communicate with and they were happy to accomodate any changes we wanted to make. From initial quote to final install, the whole process was less than a month.

We had Mark come and measure and quote for our wardrobes. Mark listened to everything we needed and gave some great advice, down to the smallest detail he was excellent. We had the wardrobes installed yesterday Can I just start by saying they look absolutely beautiful, mark listened to exactly what we needed and delivered so much more. Nathan and Shane were our installers annd they were both anmazing. They were so friendly and extremely professional. The finish on the wardrobes are excelled. I can tell they take pride in their work. Down to the smallest detail they didn't overlook anything. it was a difficult job being an old house but they have truly done an exceptional job. I am beyond happy with the whole process and highly recommend the whole team.

A positive experience - we'll be contracting these guys again! From the outset, I had relied on previous Google reviews to create my shortlist of possible companies for providing wardrobe designs and installation. From the beginning, FCW we're responsive with our initial enquiry and before long we were exchanging emails on possible designs once the initial measure had taken place. Communication was great and the quote and design phase was rather simple. We were advised right from the beginning that there would be quite a lead time in getting it installed (circa beginning of 2022, from an October 2021 enquiry). We didn't mind as we were confident with our experience thus far that it would be worth the wait. Install day came and these guys turned up on time, no fuss, got to work and before long, two custom wardrobes were installed with fantastic fit and finish. These guys tidied up and left the place (and even our driveway) clean and tidy. The results six months on are still just as pleasing as the day it was installed. Will certainly be in contact for our third wardrobe once we're ready. Great workmanship comes at a price - we extended our budget slightly to accommodate, but on this side of things we have wardrobes that look great and are super functional! No regrets, happy customers.

He is fantastic at making suggestions to provide the best possible design for the best price. The process from the whole team is completely stress free from design and quote through to the great quality installation. Looking forward too working with them again 🙂

First Choice Wardrobes have top shelf talent! My husband and I had gotten three separate quotes from three wardrobe companies and Mark from First Choice had the best and most creative ideas (including soft-close drawers!!), so we enthusiastically went with them.
They utilised the space we had to maximise our storage (see photos). Nathan did a great job on the day of the install. We couldn't be happier with them!
We would hire First Choice Wardrobes again in a heartbeat!
