I've been a regular at Gus's for over a year, and the quality never disappoints. As a gourmet butcher, Gus's attention to detail and quality truly stands out. The Scotch fillets are always perfect—buttery smooth and delicious. I also love their chicken Kiev and Schnitzel, always a hit!

I've just purchaesd the Thick Italian Pork and Tomatoe Sausages I came home, put them straight onto the BBQ - H. E. A. V. E. N ! - Their Thin Italian Pork Sausage are also the "real deal" - Y. U. M !. Its a great experience buying there as well - good solid, old fashion customer service. Could not recommend more highly.

Great Butcher

Visited this Butcher for the first time last week and was so impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, it was a credit to Gus and his family. Gus spoke with us demonstrating his understanding and commitment to his customers, and the quality of their products and services, he will be our “go to” Butcher for our meat supplies from here on in.

Worst meat we have had. Covered in fat and gristel. Not great when your paying a premium. Butcher seems dodgy (won't elaborate). Very poor quality of meat and discoloured.

They mince your meat while you wait, so you can see exactly what you are getting (which was a beautiful cut of beef). Owner seemed to care alot about quality and knew his stuff. Keen to try their selection of sausages made in house as well. Support local!!
