I made an order for the 31st your website says for today hours may differ about amended hours , didn’t say you were shut , arrived 10 am to find you all closed , website needs to say shut , as I just drove for an hour to collect

Recently had a grinder malfunction that Five Senses deal with (Baratza). Emailed Baratza directly who referred me here. Within 15 minutes the girls at the desk have got me sorted, given me the parts free under warranty and sent me on my merry way. Very helpful and great service!

I have never had a bad roast from five senses. I buy filter beans consistently and love the variety provided. Delivery is always within 2 days. Just wanted to say that the latest washed Gitwe is the best coffee I have ever tasted well done.

These folks have an amazing selection of coffee available to buy on their website, including great filter roasts and single origin batches. The shipping is super fast, and the customer service has been fantastic.
