The team at Flexi Renovations Group have been excellent and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the onset, we worked with the design team (Richard and Colin), who were extremely knowledgeable. Richard has an absolute flair for understanding your requirements, budget and desires. Everyone in the office especially Donna was extremely courteous, nothing was too much trouble.

Flexi provided our kitchen, scullery, laundry, garage and bedroom cabinetry. We did change our minds a lot when it came to making selections concerning the design, colours, lighting and splashbacks. Moreso, when the ban on engineered stone hit, but these issues were always handled in a most friendly and helpful manner.

Cosentino Stone, Wangara were a great source of knowledge and assisted us in choosing our stone. The whole installation went like a dream including the delivery, cutting and fitting of the stone, which was completed with the minimum of fuss in a very rural off-road area.

The Production Manager, Glenn and his team were first class. As our house build has taken some time to come to fruition and cabinets had to be altered due to a number of external errors and whiteware fit, consequently the installation could not take place in one visit, but once again Glenn and his installers Dave & Co did a first-class job, even though they had to return several times, due to errors caused by other trades not associated with Flexi.

Donna on the front desk, though extremely busy, was always at the end of the phone to assist or find the right person to answer any questions posed!

Finally, the associated trades, recommended for stone supply (Cosentino) and cutting/installation (Master Tops) were outstanding and worked extremely well alongside the team at Flexi. I would highly recommend Flexi to anyone who wishes to get new cabinetry.

Thank you so much to everyone involved in our journey. We can wholeheartedly recommend Flexi to anyone. The finished kitchen is everything we hoped for and more 😊

I recently renovated a kitchen through Flexi. The designer Richard was extremely professional and friendly. He listened to our needs and offered advice that not only makes the kitchen better but also cost effective. There were a few minor issues after installation but it was promptly fixed within a few days. Communications with the install manager was also excellent. They worked to the agreed scheduled and also clean up after finishing the job. Thank you Richard and Flexi for a great experience.

We recently completing a renovation of the ground floor of our home and engaged Flexi for the kitchen design and install as well as the completion of an entertainment unit in the open plan living area. We are delighted with the finished look, the kitchen has really become the central area of our home just as we hoped it would.

Richard was our initial contact and he has been excellent in helping us finalise our design, he is extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help with any questions we had, the design is excellent, we couldn’t be happier with it.

Dave was the main contractor on our job and he is amazing, his work ethic and attention to detail are second to none, he is truly a credit to the company.

Glenn & Craig were on hand as required and any issues that we brought to their attention was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Overall we are thrilled with our renovation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Flexi and would happily use them again on any future projects.

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen. We would like to thank Craig and his team, in particular Ross for the excellent design, he gave us exactly what we wanted and it works beautifully.

We’d also like to thank the tradespeople, they were fantastic. We were given a schedule and everything went accordingly. Tradespeople arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Our experience with Flexi was excellent, highly recommend them. Thank you all again.

Flexi installed our new home office. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Initial planning with Paul was a pleasure wrt ideas and flexibility along the way right up to install. The team delivered and installed on time. The installers were clean and thorough on the day. We also needed to have some items adjusted at/post install and these were fixed within 2 days. Can't ask for much more than this really. Great job guys - very happy with the end product.

We have had Flexi fit out a 3 rooms in our home - a wardrobe, office and lounge. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for built in cabinetry. Paul, the designer on our projects has been outstanding and provided us with options which worked really well. Andy, who fitted the cabinets did an excellent job too. We engaged Flexi for a complete kitchen renovation and then during the kitchen build decided to remodel the outdoor BBQ/alfresco space which we also engaged Flexi to do as we were comfortable with them and had a good experience with the kitchen. Both areas have made a big difference in our house. From the design process with Ross through to the tradespeople used (including Sam, jack-of-all trades) through to the install team and Andy all overseen by Craig they were polite, punctual and efficient. The couple of small issues we had were rectified promptly and without question. Would happily recommend Flexi to others looking for a renovation project.
