The staff at Footgear Mt Gravatt are absolutely lovely! They helped fit me with a pair of Birkenstocks, and I walked away with new, comfy shoes thanks to their guidance. A shout out to Sue M and the staff at Mt Gravatt. The store was busy with Black Friday and Christmas shoppers, yet everyone was looked after in a timely manner. Sue was extra helpful as I was buying the shoes as a gift. All the staff were so lovely and polite. Great team.

I came into the Mt Gravatt Footgear store looking for a comfortable and supportive pair of shoes for my mum and we were served by Charlotte who gave us an exceptional customer experience. Charlotte was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and may I say extremely patient with us while my mum tried on many pairs of shoes. We left the store very happy with our first pair of Ecco shoes and can’t wait for mum to wear them tomorrow while she is on holiday from NZ. Thank you Charlotte it’s very rare to receive such fantastic customer service in Brisbane so we will definitely come back to purchase from you again as I have not had the same experience at the Footgear Carindale store from an older impatient and rude woman in store and never went back. So Charlotte has renewed my faith in Footgear again and will shop again.
