Had a great straight-shooting conversation about my needs, my options, and the pros and cons.

After I made my decision, we picked a time for the unit to be installed, which happened on time, professionally, rapidly (plenty of manpower provided to do it fast.), with good cleanup afterwards.

I have several identical units from the same manufacturer now. But this one runs the quietest. I suspect that proper installation procedure and competence leads to better performance, and that's what Ford and Doonan provided!

I can definitely highly recommend Ford and Doonan. The whole process from my very first phone call to sitting back in my lovely air conditioned living room was amazing and very easy. Christian was amazing in organising the inspection, quote, giving advice and promptly the installation. The installers were very professional and caring. They doubled checked everything with me and offered sound advice. I am so delighted with the results and with the easy to use display unit and the phone app to control the system from anywhere. It's been a couple of months since our ducted Samsung reverse cycle system was installed. 10 outlets, 8 zones. We love it!
The sales consultant David Aspill was 100% reliable and helpful from start to finish. Lead time was only a week if I remember rightly. The install team started at 7.30am and were done by 2pm. They cleaned up perfectly, and all the work was neat and perfect. They have very high quality standards.
We were recommended to use Ford and Doonan and I'm so glad we did. Excellent work thank you.
