We had a fantastic experience in Forty Winks Cockburn ob Saturday, 18/01/25. We walked in just to have a look around and ended up purchasing the master bedroom suite with mattress & pillow! The choise was great. JERAMY was our sales assistant and he was helpful and comfortable to work with ☺️ we were lucky the selected suite was available in store and we had it delivered to us on 21/01/25. The bed frame was easy to assemble. And we cannot wait to have our first night in our new bed!

Had a great experience buying a new bed today. Had the kids with us, normally adding to the stress when shopping but the staff were amazing and efficient. Michelle wasn't overly fussed on which mattress but after overcoming the awkwardness of testing the My Side bed system and laying on the suggested mattress she instantly melted into the bed in sheer surprise on how comfy it was. Even I could notice the difference in between each firmness.

Looking forward to it arriving and am very pleased with the deal we got.

I used the bed match system many years ago after being sold a terrible latex bed by someone who called themselves a chiropractor. I was very pleased with the mattress I was paired with so I returned to Forty Winks recently as my dear old bed began showing it's age. The staff at Cockburn were very helpful, professional and friendly which made me feel comfortable and removed the anxiety I usually feel from making a major purchase. Great work and thank you!

We walked into FortyWinks yesterday having no idea what we needed/wanted. Sales assistant Kelli was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She put us on their BedMatch test and then showed us their extensive range that was best suited to our needs. We got a fantastic deal and are overall very happy with the service and price. I visited this morning just to take a look under recommendation from friends. Kelli took me under her wing to find the right mattress for my sleep style and showed me through the range. Her customer service was second to none, and I was happy to upgrade my bed at home. Because her service was that good I ended up buying two beds, two mattresses and all the bells and whistles.

Manager Zade helped provide an excellent price and was super friendly.

Hopefully you all get to experience the warm welcome from Kelli and Zade at your next visit. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were experiencing poor sleep due to what we thought was our pillows. I was experiencing neck pain and my wife was having hip pain. So we went out looking for suitable replacements.

We ended up at Cockburn Central, and went from bed shop to bed shop looking for suitable pillows with no luck.

We then went to Forty Winks. They couldn’t help either, but the sales women (Narelle) suggested we try their bedMATCH system.
BedMATCH is a diagnostic system that can assist in helping to select the mattress that may be best suited for your body type and sleeping position. It takes a number of measurements that helps identify a range of beds and pillows that may better suit your sleep needs,

Initially I thought this was just gimmick, but after trying it, getting our matches, and trying mattress and pillows best suited to us we were surprised.

In the end we realised the reason we were having issues was because our old bed was not right for us. The bed we have we bought 21 years ago, we decided to buy a new bed.

Special mention to Narelle our sales assistant, she was wonderful, patient, and answered all of questions, she made sure we got an excellent deal on the new bed, and even threw in the pillows for free.

If your having sleeping issues or pain may be give Forty Winks a go, we have had our new bed for 3 nights and I’m happy to report my neck pain is gone, and my wife’s hip pain is subsiding, and we are sleeping straight through the night instead of getting up in the early hours of the night.
