Julie and the new team at forty winks gave us the best experience when we came in to look for a new mattress. They listened to our needs, gave clear information, were so helpful and they were very kind. We walked away within an hour of arriving with a new mattress and new pillows and it is all thanks to them. 100% recommend going to forty winks if you are looking for comfort, quality and a good customer service experience

From the moment we walked into the store Trish was friendly and very helpful. She listened to our needs and guided us to mattresses we should consider.
We left the store with a quote only to return over a month later to place a phone order.
Trish not only remembered who we were but also remembered which mattresses we decided were perfect for us. Her customer service was exemplary both in person and over the phone.
We were kept informed on delivery times and received our order the following day.
The delivery drivers were really nice too.
We would definitely recommend Forty Winks Rockingham and will return for any future purchases.

Edited: Do not recommend! Custom bed arrived and wasn’t as requested and promised. Minimal communication from Forty Winks, two months on and they have my bed frame and I have no resolution!

Two weeks ago I requested to be called by management to rectify this and I’m still waiting. More answers from their delivery guys than any staff after spending $8,000.

I cannot recommend the Rockingham store enough. Trish was absolutely sensational, she met needs that I didn’t even think about until we had a conversation. The cooling technology in the mattress protector and pillow that I purchased have been the biggest relief, especially as we go through summer.

It was only through Trish asking the right discovery questions that I even learnt my night sweats could be solved so easily. If you’re a warm sleeper, get down to forty winks and they’ll sort you out!

Just wanted to give a massive shout out to Julie of the Rockingham forty winks! My partner and I had gone into about 4 different stores and as soon as we said we wanted to test the mattress but then purchase online (due to moving), they all pretty much gave us the cold shoulder. Julie welcomed us, gave us so much information we never knew we needed, encouraged us and genuinely made our week! We honestly felt like we went in for a mattress and left with a new forty winks mumma! She is the kindest soul and deserves recognition. Thankyou Julie, you are amazing! 🤩
