We moved to the ACT in the 90's and took lots of photos during our 2 year stay there. For one reason or another we had a dozen or so rolls that were exposed but never developed and have basically been sitting in a fridge ever since. Thinking they were a lost cause we considered dumping them but looked into options for developing old film, came across Fotofast, and decided to test out a roll.

I can say that we are ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY with the results and could not be happier with the price and service from the Fotofast team. We'll definitely be doing the rest of those old rolls.

Just as an example, this is a (resized) photo of Tathra Wharf using bog standard 35mm Fujifilm and which was taken in 1996 !!

This company is incredible!!! Love there personalised products that they have to offer ! As well as their customer service!!
I chose express and was worried that I ordered it too late in the day that when they start making it that it wouldn’t arrive in time so I called them and they said your item is now top priority and that they’ll begin making it now !

The Righteous No Name Emailer Burns A Returning Customer Just So They Can Be Right

You would think a small Taringa business would be customer focused to grow their business

But not Foto Fast Taringa

Having been in their shop several times before and purchased 8+ photo print and canvases I thought my latest order would be handled with a smile

I’ve just had an operation and can’t visit the store this time to order a new canvas

I had difficulty uploading my image in their portal so I sent an email asking for help with the image attached.

Foto Fast want an extra $20 because I’m not using their portal. Mr/Ms Righteous happily to me the rules to prove they were right

This has never happened in the past and I was advised that I must have got a ‘sneaky favour’

40 lashes for the staff member who did that

Well I’m off to another canvas printer. There used to be more than you Foto Fast

Only had 2 rolls of 35mm done through you guys before. Though as someone fairly unfamiliar with shooting on film, all of the staff I’ve spoken to so far have been very helpful and understanding, I somewhat expected a bit of gatekeeping because well, it’s film photography. But no, everyone I’ve dealt with so far has been considerate, helpful, and provided a lovely and easy experience.

Also, their recommendations so far on what roll I choose to use next have been spot on, and were exactly as they described, so it’s apparent they’re passionate for what they do.

I likely wouldn’t have continued shooting film were the place I had to get it developed from not so helpful/easy to deal with, so I’m very glad.

Thank you Fotofast team for providing a great service and customer experience, and I look forward to continuing to use your services 🙂

P.s. (In case it’s not clear, I’d absolutely (and will) recommend you guys to any friends who were looking for getting their film developed.)
