Unfortunately have a negative review but feel I need to share.
I was in the Windsor store a couple of weeks ago and ordered a pair of shoes for me to try.
Received a call yesterday to say they had arrived however explained that I was home sick with Covid and could they possibly hold till early next week when I would be well enough to come into the store.
Sadly I was told “no” as they only will hold for 1 day. I’m so disappointed as it was clear there was no way I could come into the store when I was Covid positive. Perhaps a little leniency here would have been appropriate.

Very grateful to the Windsor team. I had an issue with my new work shoes and they solved it for me straight away. Highly recommend this team if you want to be looked after. They couldn't do more to help.

I attended this store on 3/1/25 and terrible customer service. I asked this assistant for a shoe size. There was no help in asking if the shoe fitted properly or if there is any other styles I was interested in.

For the price I am paying for the shoes I would expect quality service. Both of the staff were standing around and not helping customers, even when the store was not busy.

The sneakers are beautifully done, the quality is great. BUT... I don't really understand why a brand that is designed by health practitioners is still making them in a way that does not allow the natural position of your foot: normal space for your toes, whose feet are narrower at the front Even though they say there are insole options, it still pushes your big toe inwards that we all know causes bunions. Very disappointed, these could be the perfect shoes, but not yet.

Went to this store about three weeks ago as I've been wanting to get a pair for a very long time and also based on glowing recommendations from friends. Upon entering the store, 2 staff were behind the counter. The other one talking to a couple while the other one just stared at me and my family, no greeting whatsover. It made us feel uncomfortable as if we weren't welcome and not supposed to be there. We walked around the shop for a few minutes before the staff finally approached us. I asked to try on the Hannah III and while doing so, I was hoping to have a conversation with her and mentioned it was my first Frankie4. I was in the assumption that she will tell me more about the shoes or help me find the perfect fit. She doesn't seem interested and was just looking at me and the only help I received was her checking the space around my toes and letting me know the shoes be worn without socks. I had to ask if they have disposable socks, other colours from the range and if it's good for people with plantar fasciitis and she responded "you have to see a podiatrist for that". I'm not asking for a free medical consultation, I was after some information about the shoes. The brand is known for tailor fit soles and I was waiting for her to discuss it with me and how to use it, but no. When I asked about the soles, the response was "yes, it comes with it". I purchased the shoes anyway. I've been wearing the shoes almost everyday for three weeks but I am still unsure if it's actually good because it is still uncomfortable to use. I've developed calluses on the side of my pinky toes and it got me thinking that I might've found a better fit if only I was given the same service and advice as what my friends were raving about. The quality and design deserve the two stars, but definitely zero stars for the displeasing customer service I received that day.

Hi Frankie family...I always bought Frankie for my feet and my feet love it as a health care professional. Yesterday 22/10 I went to Windsor store and I was but disappointed. I asked for few different styles in the sale product and the sales person look at the price and said sorry 99 dollars not available. The dimity shoes was sitting right in front of me and I asked about that she said 'sorry that is new stock '.. can't sell at sale price...
So I assume if it is under 99, that customer doesn't deserve service...

My Mum loves this place and I can see why. Always great service, great advice and she swears by the shoes (she’s had at least 4 pairs of “Sophie”s - she lives in them). The only downside is parking as this is a popular store with a cafe next door so getting there is very easy but you’ll have to find a park in one of the nearby streets and walk 2-3mins.

I took my mum here for a new pair of shoes. Paige helped us and was amazingly helpful. Even though it took a really long time she was extremely kind and patient.
