As first-time visitors from the Philippines, we were so happy our family in Sydney brought us here! They raved about the place and the food, and it definitely lived up to the hype. It was lovely seeing Filipino staff too - Patrice especially made us feel so welcome with her constant smile and attentiveness. Keep up the fantastic work, Patrice, your positive energy was wonderful! 🌸 We also appreciated the other friendly staff (wish we got their names!). Plus, the place is super Instagrammable, really spacious and clean, and the food was incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this spot to friends in Sydney and those planning a trip from the Philippines! We’re already looking forward to coming back before we head home. 🩷

This café is always lively and full of people every time I visit, which really shows how popular it is. Even when it’s busy, the service is impressively quick — food comes out fast and everything is fresh and tasty. The menu has a nice selection of dishes and drinks, with something for everyone.

The atmosphere is one of the things I love most about this place. It’s surrounded by greenery, making it feel calm and relaxing as soon as you walk in. The seating is comfortable and the whole space has a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer.

It’s also a great spot for families. There’s a play area for kids, which is such a thoughtful touch — parents can enjoy their coffee or meal while the little ones have fun. Whether you’re coming with friends, family, or just want a quiet place to unwind, this café is always a good choice.

The food and drinks were amazing—so instagrammable and beautifully presented! The atmosphere was such a vibe, and Honey, our waitress, was incredibly friendly as well as the other Filipino ladies (sorry I didn’t get there names) they were all so welcoming. It’s great to see Filipinos working here!

Overpriced, underwhelming and slow. Staff inattentive and forget orders. Forgot our order and still tried to charge us. A long line to pay for the bill because the staff there are distracted and wasting time

There did I sup upon a noble fare,
A grilled chicken burger, beyond compare.
So tender was the meat, so deftly charred,
As though Apollo's flame itself had sparred.
’Twas dressed with greens and sauce of savour sweet,
Each bite a ballad, every mouthful fleet.

And lo! The fries—those golden rods of glee,
With paprika kissed, spiced wondrously.
They danced upon the tongue like fire and song,
A jest of heat, yet never steered me wrong.

But hold! The tale is yet but half unfurled—
The service, too, did charm and grace this world.
With smiles they came, swift-footed and sincere,
As though each guest were royalty held dear.

So mark my words, and seek this place with haste,
For none shall leave with hunger or with waste.
Frankie’s, thy name shall in my praises dwell—
A burgered heaven, where the kindest servers dwell.

Great atmosphere especially when coming in with a group. Food quantity is good. If you aren’t too hungry, it’s better to share. On a hot day, do have the fruit smoothies! They are amazing! Be ready to spend around $30 per person including a drink. You won’t regret it

We had passionfruit mint, so refreshing the Sweet potato fries are great, meal sizes are very large.
Everything is presented and tastes so good.

Arthur, Hannah, Redmila and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ordered the breakfast burger and it was very well cooked. I also had Passion 9 which was very refreshing. Will definitely come back.
