I was very interested in a motorhome and tried to do a deal. The salesman seemed disinterested . Still being keen, I sent 2 emails over 2 days making an offer ( these were acknowledged by a text message) with NO RESPONSE to my offer and on the third day rang up in the morning to enquire why. I was told the salesman was busy with some customers but a note would be left on his desk to call me ASAP. 9 hours later I am still waiting. This makes 3 days in a row with NO answers.VERY POOR SERVICE

Just had a service done here..
The very best place in Toowoomba...Annett went out of her way to organise everything even warranty claoms through jayco and jayco in canberra (where i bought it)..
The mechanics great blocks and know everything about all makes off caravans and RVs in general...
Very helpfull and very professional service..
