They don't care about customer satisfaction or about repeat business - their only focus is on the Dollar. They charged me a call out fee of $88 to rectify an error they had made - when I complained and suggested a refund of $44 as a compromise, they flatly refused.

A young blond haired bloke who just finished a job in Shelley on 17/9/24 just drove straight into my commercial property, that just had lines freshly painted and I was trying to hail him down to stop him and he turned and used the carpark as his personal turning bay. When I queried him on why he had to do that, he just drove off and said he didn’t care. 0 respect !
