I purchased a split system aircon on the 26th of Dec 2024 and after installation, we found that the aircon is faulty with error code 97.
After about a week, Fujitsu sent someone to have a look and I was told that he needs to order the spare part and it's likely to arrive in 1 week.

After about 1.5 weeks, no callback whatsoever from Fujitsu so I had to call them back. I told them that I had to go on a trip overseas and I requested to be contacted via email

Once again, they did not contact me via during the 1.5 weeks I was away to confirm on a date. Not even an update on when I can expect to get my supposedly brand new aircon to be fixed. So in total, it's been more than a month with no resolution.

Fujitsu Australia, your service level is a joke! I spent more than $3.3k + more than $1k installation cost on a brand new unit which is useless!

After logging a service request 5 days prior, and receiving a confirmation receipt, no contact came. I Then made phone contact with a diligent and customer focused gentleman, Dion.
Dion, couldn't have been more helpful. He gave advice over the phone to try fault find my issue, advised me to do a certain task and that he would return call me in approximately 30 minutes.
What he recommended resolved my issue and he did return call me as promised. Thank you, Dion.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Totally unresponsive to emails & messages. Had to go through retailer to force a response even then took their sweet mother time to inspect. Engaged own technician who finally resolved the issue with the 2 units at great expense, shared that this product is problematic & highly not recommended. Thoroughly unimpressed! Being kind giving one star rating that's only because I am not enabled to post otherwise!

I cannot recommend this business enough! I would like to give a HUGE personal thanks to Gareth, the technician who attended my property and repaired a faulty board on our aircon yesterday! His customer service, manners and professionalism were second to none. Also to Dion who coordinated and arranged the appointment in record time so that my family didn’t endure another HOT weekend without air conditioning.
You guys are the best! I’ll only be booking our annual aircon service directly with these guys going forward and will be requesting Gareth! 5 stars! Highly recommend! 🌟

Purchased a ASTG18KMTC and installed but failed to start. contacted Fujitsu and they gave the wrong information to the Service Agent. took the agent two weeks after providing all information to Fujitsu to visit and check the unit, and they found that the communication board was faulty. The service agent ordered the parts on 15 Dec 23 and today is 9 Jan 24 and still don't know when the part will be sent by Fujitsu. it is a brand new unit that failed to start. The whole family is suffering from the hot weather and is very frustrated.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From the first point of contact to same day service the professionalism from this company has been outstanding. My A/C had an issue that was not their fault, yet they didn't charge a call out and rectified the issue the next day at a very reasonable price. The technician Gareth was brilliant, happy to help, on time and throughout this process the communication from all involved has been impeccable. THANK YOU very much 🙂
