Tina and Jon did an amazing job of our Embroidery. Our logo is intricate with lots of colours and they still got it done perfectly and all garments back to us in a couple of days. They were super friendly, super efficient, easy to work with and their prices were great. It was fantastic to go into a local business and get treated so well, we'll be back and we'll definitely recommend them.

Full of great advice, Tina and Jon assisted us in making the decisions we needed to create our dream products. We were very impressed by the large selection of garments that were on offer by EmbroidMe Northlakes. This family owned business, delivered far beyond our expectations. With a tight time schedule, we were amazed by how quickly they were able to produce our apparel. The quality of our products were nothing short of perfect. I was always happy with the work presented by the PREVIOUS owners - my first order with the new ones? Not so much. My tops arrived with my logo almost in my armpit ! Their response was to tell me they did the same as the previous owner (hmmmm doubt that as I have several tops with perfectly placed logo) & an offer of a 5% discount on my next order? No offer of replacement of my brand new garments &/or redo of job, just a discount on my "next order" AS IF I will be placing another order after this experience & complete lack of care or responsibilty. VERY disappointed
