I went to numerous furniture store looking for a lounge before stumbling across this store.
I went in and noticed many great affordable lounges.
Magda came over and guided me to all the types of lounges that would work for my space. She was super helpful and never rushed or pushed me to decide, even telling me to take photos and measurements and go home to decide.
I then came back in with my husband and she showed him all the lounges that she showed me and we went home to decide again.
The third time I came in and chose between the two lounges with Magda’s help and no pressure.
It was a very comfortable place to look at furniture and everyone was very friendly, helpful and patient. We love our new lounge thanks to Magda for making it a stress free experience purchasing the Emilia lounge

Fabulous sales experience with the lovely Magda!
I was here twice and both times Magda was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I love thst she was not pushy and let us make our own minds up in our own time.
I bought two recliners and it was just all round a fun and wonderful experience.

Went in to store shopping for a couch. Was greeted by the staff behind the counter, near the front door. Staff were friendly and didn't smother you with suggestions. Ended up purchasing a couch and was told it would be about six weeks wait. Was pleasantly surprised when the couch arrived four weeks earlier than promised.
