Recently I purchased a pants online which was running tight around the waist. These guys they've done a great job by adding some fabric around the waist. Now I can wear my pants.

We couldn’t have been happier with Galluzzo Tailors for our wedding suits! We used them to hire and tailor my husband’s suit as well as for all the groomsmen, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The communication was great – really easy to deal with and super accommodating, especially when it came to picking up the suits early and dropping them off a few days after the wedding.

They were also really flexible with our budget and the needs of the bridal party, which made everything so much easier. The suits themselves were beautiful – such a classy look for the groom and groomsmen, and the wool fabric felt top quality. We also felt like we got great value for money, which is always a win.

Since the wedding, we have actually taken a few other items of clothing to Galluzzo for alterations because of the excellent customer service. It’s also nice to support a local business that really delivers. Highly recommend them!

The precise attention to detail to address the customisations i wanted for my suit and then delivering it was spectacular and i could not have asked for a better service. It was an absolute joy to walk in with a very strange request and be treated seriously. This tailor shop did an incredible bespoke Thomas The Tank face mask made from a pair of childrens underwear. They listened carefully to what was required and did a masterful job at creating a really unique and amazing face mask. The most important element to their service was they acted in a professional way at every step. It was amazing to see good old fashioned service done in an incredible way. I can see from the other Google reviews this business knows what's important when dealing with customers. This custom face mask is now world famous.

The gents are welcoming and nice but unfortunately it’s been a hit and miss with my experience here and our alterations.
I find it unprofessional with them wanting us to pay again to fix their mistakes!

I came to this store to shorten the sleeves of a leather jacket, but I was so shocked and regretted it! The place where the cuffs connect with the sleeves are twisted and deformed very bad, the leather surface is uneven, and the stitches are also uneven. Please see the pictures. The tailor was Vince. He asked for $85, saying that their price was the highest in the shopping mall because they had the best work. When I questioned the job, he said, 'Don't be too picky, because it's leather. It's difficult to modify, and the quality of your leather jacket is not the best. You should give me another chance to do it again. I don't understand why you are so picky and difficult.' Vince's techniques and service attitude can be clearly to find from the pictures and his language. This brand-new leather coat has almost been destroyed, and I have never seen anyone talk with a customer like this. So why should I take another risk? I took back my jacket and will never come back this shop again. Don’t understand if Vince is a qualified tailor and how did he get the job.

What do you mean by ‘free of charge’? The jacket was destroyed, and I haven't asked you to compensate me yet. Do you think your crafts is qualified? Please have a look of the stitching on the picture. If you think it's difficult to modify a leather jacket, why didn't you say it earlier? Why do you use a customer’s jacket as a experiment and blame the customer and ask me to give you another chance to try? You made me lose a jacket which worths hundreds of dollars!! It can not be restored to it’s original appearance!

I was shopping at my local Deli Fresco for some mortadella and was recommended to visit the boys at Galluzzo for my suit alterations.

Needless to say their tailor shop is as authentic and high quality as the cheese and salami purchased from the deli.

Giuseppe and Vince provided excellent service and well fitted suits for the groomsmen at my wedding.

Quality workmanship of this calibre is rare these days, but now I know where to visit for all my alteration needs.
