Drove to Kingston from Sunshine Coast to collect a sliding door from GCB. Safe trip home but when I went to install the door it had a small manufacturing fault. Contacted GCB and they immediately organised the delivery of a new unit to my address. First Class Customer Service!!! and the new door is perfect. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

What a terrific company to deal with. Excellent customer service from all staff members I dealt with, timely deliveries, order updates to keep me informed and patience galore when I had to add to my order. I highly recommend GCB Doors and Windows and would use them again.

EDIT: Since this was posted, GCB reached out and offered me a refund. To their credit, it was quick and easy, and I thank them for eventually rectifying the situation.

Awful communication. Sent a contractor for the measure and quote, but did not inform me that it would be $100 for the callout. Waited weeks for a quote that never came, then was bounced back and forth between the contractor and them when trying to get a refund for a quote I never received. Never received a quote

I ordered sliding doors windows security screens everything came expect 2 security screens I ask where are they there on there way I was told by Bruce 3 months later turns up guess what it doesn't fit so they rejust send out another guy still doesn't fit he said he will be back asap he never came back left message for the boss Bruce never rang bk I rang the office no one knows anything about office said Bruce will ring never rang 6 months later I've given up its piss poor customer service and a bunch of rip off's I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Full marks. Celine & Team are excellent to deal with. Very professional. Great stock for all my needs, helpful with their knowledge, prompt delivery, and most reasonable prices. No need to go anywhere else if they've got the size of window, door, sliding door, security grilles, security screens needed. Thanks Celine & all : )

Such a disappointment. Was verbally quoted over phone, great price so Hubby and I went to showroom. Spoke with owner discussed at length what we need and was advised of a rough price and awaited quote. Received quote within a couple days minus 2 items. Called and informed of missing items and it all went downhill from there. After another 3 calls and an email over a week, we received another quote, again wrong and this time the amount, just on one door (the only part of the quote that was right) had gone from 979.22 to $1776. The whole order was for a door with security screen and a window with a sliding screen.. not such a difficult order surely? We took our business elsewhere and got a great deal!! $718 difference just on the door alone. That a saving worth smiling over. I suggest, when dealing with GCB, put your order in writing as communicating with owner could be difficult and disappointing.
