Retief is a very genuine and knowledgeable person.
I had a few questions when booking as I wanted to upgrade some wiring specifically to run welding equipment in the garage and get some things done inside the house.
He installed dimmers for our living/dining room and a sub board and multiple outlets in the garage with ease.
I am very happy with the work done by Retief and will use Genesis electrical again in the future.

Retief is amazing, his prices are reasonable and he’s just a lovely man. Retief went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our settlement date.We had a problem with our oven the next day and Retief came out and got it fixed for us. Very happy with price and service. Retief fitted 2 smoke alarms and 3 ceiling fans for me. He even went above and beyond in helping me with one of the fans when faced with problems from supplier I bought the fan from. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Genesis Electrical Contractors , they were very fast with their response, provided me the a great quote and were able to book me in ! I had a large kitchen pendant light installed and it turned out beautiful! They worked really fast , and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was happy with the job! I will definitely be contacting Genesis Electrical Contractors for future projects ! Can’t recommend enough !

Retief was amazing, messaged him in regards to a water leak which had caused some electrical issues and he was able to attend within the hour. Very reasonably priced and got the job done in no time. Really friendly guy, didn’t mind answering all of my curious toddlers questions and even let him help out on the ladder. Will definitely use Genesis again 😊

We were without power for 3 days over Christmas public holidays, approached several big electrical companies, was promised the earth, got the run around, then contacted Retief from Genesis and he dropped everything to attend. A 2hrs job was completed in 20min, paperwork submitted to Western Power and got back on power in no time.
Retief is amazing, friendly, professional and efficient. He knows his stuff and we highly recommend him without hesitation!
