We are here on recommendation from someone who knows the chef. We weren't disappointed. We both had belly pork as a main and shared a pavlova afterwards. Both were superb. Really creative and packed full of flavour. The pavlova was an unblemished dome of meringue which when broken into opened into a gorgeous berry filling. This is one of the best meals we have had in a long time, be that in WA, Qld or in the UK.

We had tried Georgy Scotts out in Pemberton with the amazing BBQ Chef George was cooking out there. We heard they had moved to Albany and happened to be in Albany for our Christmas break.

Situated in the Ibis Hotel, we thought we would pay a visit for a quick smash burger with the Family. We had some Kilpatrick's to start us off, with the fresh Albany Oysters just so delicious.

The smash burger was hefty, with a lovely house made pickled onion and burger sauce.

Reasonably priced and washed down with a bottle of Red, was another great dining experience.

We will be back to try out the rest of their a la carte menu for sure.

Must try if your looking for that hidden Gem in Albany.

I will return every Friday at 4pm for a mock….or cocktail and for these delicious bar snacks, and may even stay to sample the dinner menu depending on which ‘….tail’ I have.

Amazing! I've been there 4 times already and the experience is always great either it's a la carte or a set menu. The food is so full of flavours, really tasty! Georgy Scott is a hidden gem in Pemby that you need to discover if you are exploring the area!

We had a fabulous family meal at Georgy Scott’s in Albany 13/11/24… we dined with our 3 young kids and everything was so good. We had oysters (so fresh!) Marron (absolutely delicious), parmigianas, pear crumble and chocolate tasting as well as a delicious bottle of Chardonnay Pinot noir… service was superb and we loved it so much we are booked to come back tomorrow. Thank you Georgy Scott’s we can’t wait to share with our friends! No food photos because it was too good… Will need to take pics tomorrow!!!

One of the best meals I've had in Pemby!!!

Set in the old woodcraft gallery, the smell of the smoker on arrival drew you up to the path to the sound of some delightful mood music and a nice setting under festoon lights. Currently only a small seating area as the business is just starting and hope the town can accommodate a higher demand.

There was a set menu which was great but not many kid suitable options and ours didn't appreciate the fine dining experience focusing more on the dip bread 🍞, and choosing to run around the garden.

You couldnt fault the food and came out well timed between courses. We're both full by the end of the meal.

Currently BYO so bring a bottle of red if that's your thing.

We'll likely be our new go-to when on our regular trip down that way. Hope the business goes well. Doing great Georgy and Team!!
