Had booked my bike in for an urgent service, was advised to come after 9am.
Arrived at 915 and waited for 1 hour, shop did not open and had no communication from contact number or as to a reason for delay in shop opening.
Left at 1015 as shop still was not open or no contact.
Bitterly disappointed in the service of a giant franchise, a lot better giant dealerships around.

It's pretty hard to find a good local bike shop these days, but these guys are the one! They know their stuff, and they stock the best kit. They're always keen to help out with issues I'm having with the bike too, so I pop in for advice all the time. While it's tempting to buy all of your stuff online, I strongly encourage you to buy from the lads here instead, because you'll get better service and expert advice, and you can't buy that!

Great bike shop! Staff are helpful, friendly and offer honest advice. I feel they have my best interest at heart when it comes to getting the right equipment. They also did a great job servicing my bike. I'm one happy customer and will be coming back!

What a great bike store!! Conveniently located, great range of products. The whole crew were awesome and very knowledgeable. Super bike mechanic Ben was awesome. He answered all my silly questions and did not hesitate to go that extra mile. Highly recommend for any range of cyclist!

I turned up to this bike store a couple of minutes before they were due to close and wanted to purchase a bike bell. It is a small, but important purchase because my autistic son's bike bell had broken the day before and he will only ride his bike with a functioning bell. The staff were understanding, empathic and friendly. I would highly recommend this store! A+++++

Great experience and service. Bought my bike from them about 2 months ago and was given a lot of good purchase advice on the right bike for me, with a no-pressure approach. Despite being clearly new to the whole modern bike experience, I wasn't pressured into buying a stack of extras that I didn't need. Have recently run into a few issues with the bike (front tire - manufacturer problems) which have been addressed quickly and professionally.

After getting the run-around from one of their competitors I went to Morley Bikes hoping to salvage a wasted morning. Wish I had have gone there first. New owners. Spoke to Wade and he was super helpful, not rushed like a lot of other places and was happy to help out. Haven't picked my bike up yet (so can't comment on price or quality of service) but great attitude and friendly helpful staff.
