The team at Glen Parker Cycles, both in the Workshop and in the Store, are amazing, very knowledgeable across all things bikes and deliver great service. On one occasion, we discovered an unexpected gearing issue on one of our bikes 48 hours before a race and they went out of there way to fit us in without a planned booking, fixed the gears and got the bike race ready. These guys were so helpful after another shop was unable to fill my order for a bike for Christmas.

They were so quick to confirm everything including freight times and were thorough in making sure my address details were correct as I live rurally (and interstate). They even explained how it would come packaged and what to expect as they had to partly assemble it.

Super friendly and helpful staff - being new to bikes I’ve had to ask a lot of basic questions, and everyone’s given me tonnes of help and guidance.

I’ve had my bike serviced here, and have bought gear too. Service was top quality with some great recommendations of maintenance going forward, and the gear has been top notch.

The team at Glen Parker really feels like they’re welcoming you into a community and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

After having a horrible experience at large bike shops, I went to Glen Parker's. I'm new to Perth and was starting to feel quite upset with the treatment at bike shops. I chopped my di2 cable while putting my bike together and desperately wanted someone to fix it so I could ride on the long weekend. I highly recommend this shop! Not only they dropped the bike they were fixing at the time to help me but also were adorable! Fair price, neat work, and empathy for my desperation. Job was excellent! Although it is far from where I'm living, I'm certainly coming back and spreading the word about their amazing work. Thank you, guys!

Just bought a new bike online from Glen Parker Cycles and had it shipped across Australia. The whole process was straight forward and easy. I ordered a gravel bike through bikeexchange.com.au . Unfortunately, the website messed up my order and I got a Large instead of a Small. Luckily, Glen Parker cycles offered me a different option at a reduced price to accommodate. Couldn't be happier with my new Focus Atlas gravel bike!

Just bought a new bike last week and the customer service from Glen Parker Cycles has been top notch. Really experienced staff members and a very friendly owner. Came back with a few small issues and all were fixed on the spot. Very happy with my purchase and very happy with my choice in business for my new road bike.
Included a photo of their servicing prices because I couldn't find it anywhere online.
