I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Arthsham Ahmad my employment consultant in the Wetherill Park office. He shows respect, has patience, he’s very encouraging, supportive and understands my needs. Just HOPELESS!! As a DES Participant I have requested phone appointments unless there is a reason to attend face to face ( anything to do with getting a job ) , but My normal contact is not their this week so I wasn't called, now I'm on payment Suspension and can't get a call back from this office for over a day now....seems I'm doing everything but looking for work with this tick and flick company.......don't waste your time go elsewhere.
Edit : I've been at this place over a month now and not once have my barriers or disabilities been discussed nor any jobs. No real progress at all
