Go Solar - Excellent installation and system design…..easily to deal with and excellent communication. We had a 10KW solar system plus two 5 KW Enphase batteries and a Enphase controller installed by their very efficient, friendly crew. We are now anxiously awaiting the Enphase EV charger when it becomes available in Australia. Space allocated for the EV charger between the Enphase batteries. Thank you for the brilliant job!

What a great experience and a great outcome. So fantastic to deal with the same people from start to finish. The recommendations made were very comprehensive and actually involved Kallan on the roof - not relying on google earth; as other sales people did. Communication was excellent. My concerns and questions answered quickly and thoroughly making it easier for me to understand and make decisions. Installation by Kallan, Rob and Trevor was faultless and as scheduled. What a team! Further, they were so amenable to work around a roof restoration occurring at the same time. My system works a treat. I'm so happy. The whole process was seamless. I cannot recommend Go Solar highly enough. This local provider punches well above. Great to support a local business. Quality product and outstanding service.

Thanks Go Solar for the solar panel upgrade from 3.6kw to 10.56kw. All done professionally in a day from a great team of tradesmen installing 24 Jinko 440w panels, 24 Enphase IQ8 Micro inverters and Enphase monitor and removing existing system. Thanks Mark, Geoff and the team for great job done.

The new off grid battery system is working great. The installation is first class. However, I was the person that chased Enphase about doing a deal with an exchange of batteries. One of their new batteries in exchange for our 3 older unreliable batteries. I think this is an area that you can improve your customer service. As the new owner I know that you inherited our battery problem but in the end you did get a sale on the off grid control system. All the best. David. PS. you told my wife that you would come around and give me a run down on the new system but you didn't turn up!

I had 6.24kw of Hyundai 390UF solar panels and 2 of the new Enphase IQ 5P batteries installed by Go Solar.
Kallan, Mark and Geoff did a brilliant job of expertly installing and explaining what was going on.
Being one of the first installations of the new IQ 5P batteries it took a little while to sort out a communication software glitch, to get my existing Enphase micro inverters to communicate with new Enphase control system, however Kallan, (Go Solar) and Enphase got it sorted.

We were introduced to this company by a neighbour and were we delighted with the recommendation. The salesman Lewis is a great representative for the company and even when we postponed our initial installation he remained totally positive to the job.
We had our installation finished in no time at all and every one of the installation team were again a credit to the company. We were brought through the use of the app and while I'm in my middle sixties the app was explained with professionalism and curtesy. We only finished our build six months after a horrid time from the builder and I can only say that Go Solar have given us back our respect for tradesmen. I would have no hesitation in recommending Go Solar as a family company that has an outstanding sales, service and installation process for your Solar project five out of five easily.

I previously had seven 1.24Kw Enphase batteries installed. Owing to the great work by the team at GoSolar Newcastle, Enphase upgraded and replaced these batteries with two new 5Kw IQ batteries. The installation was completed seamlessly, including the hardwiring of the reporting system. Nothing was too difficult for Kallan and the team to ensure the system was installed in a timely manner and to my total satisfaction, I've dealt with GoSolar for several years now and have no hesitation in recommending them to new customers. They won't disappoint.
